Chef Soichiro based his culinary creations on this method of cooking to develop a dish with a unique taste and flavor. Along with his culinary team, Chef Soichiro explore a different range of specially developed Wagyu, such as Whiskey dry aged, Sake dry aged and Koji dry aged.
